A new curator for African art, Nichole
N. Bridges has been named for St. Louis Art Museum, U.S.
Bridges, a former associate curator
at Newark Museum will join the St Louis Museum as has as associate curator for
African art, as well as associate curator overseeing the Museum’s Department of
the Arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas.
Ahead of her last job at Newark Museum,
Bridges was head of the Department of the Arts of Africa, the Americas, Asia,
and the Pacific Islands at the Baltimore Museum of Art, U.S..
