Have you heard about African World Festival?

 It holds yearly, in the U.S. In fact, it's currently celebrating 30th edition.

At the ongoing 30th edition of African World Festival, in Detroit, U.S., a participant, Mort Jordan, dressed as the ‘Devil Dancer’ represents Panama in the Parade of Nations. The character, he said, depicts good spirits chasing away bad spirits. PHOTO: C/O Lauren Abdel-Razzaq (The Detroit News).
