Mothers, relish your pictures in labour room

Photography has started creeping into the labour room as more couples are embracing what has been termed 'birth photography.'

It is not about a photographer saying to his subject ‘smile and say cheese’ while giving birth!

Birth photography is a documentary of the agony and joy in labour room, which is now a fast growing business for photographers in the U.S. 

According to New York Times, the demand for birth photography has increased such that the photographers involved have formed International Association of Professional Birth Photographers. The new body has about 400 members.
