Who is this hellish 'design artist'?

A colleague posted this image on a yahoo group site, and I thought it might be of interest to share it, quite disturbing though.

 He writes: "This grotesque shared picture is a partly dismembered back of a Nigerian housewife whose husband allegedly accused her of infidelity: her punishment for suspicion of sleeping around was to violently and painfully slice her body: brutal wickedness: please help stop domestic violence in our country and communities.”
